Cooked by celebrity chef, Tony Percuoco (formerly of FELLINI fame - the restaurant he established here on the coast) you will get to spend time with this humble, passionate culinary master who delights in bringing his dishes to your table personally. The prize is valued at $190.
Dégustation is the careful, appreciative tasting of various dishes, focusing on all the senses, superb quality ingredients, high culinary art and good company. Dégustation is more likely to involve sampling small portions of all of a chef's signature dishes in one sitting.
PS: Tony has one of the best wine cellars in Queensland!
